Basically, the mailbox limit message was generated by the Mdbsz.dll file.
Since the contents of these messages are hard-coded in this DLL file, if we
need to change the content, we need to modify this DLL file. Therefore, one
cannot modify it easily since it cannot be modified via the user interface.

There is no native interface for changing the message that gets generated.
However, there is a utility named RLQUIKED which may be able to modify this
DLL file, please make sure that you understand the following conditions:

Note: MDBSZ is the Microsoft Exchange MDB Localization DLL that ships with
Exchange.

- Microsoft does not support the use of the RLQUIKED tool against the
Mdbsz.dll file. Microsoft strongly recommends that you thoroughly test any
modifications before you implement those modifications on a production
server.

- When you install a new version of Exchange Server or a new Exchange
Server service pack, be aware that the new installation will overwrite the
modified Mdbsz.dll file, and any messages that you customized will be lost.

This tool is available in the following link:
[..]

Note: You can run the RLQUIKED.exe to edit the file after extracting from
the rltools.exe

Also, you can use the "Exchange Quota Message Service" to customize the
warning messages without modifying the DLL file. You can get the Exchange
Quota Message Service from the following link:
[..]

Also, here is a link that explains how you can customize the message:

Daarna bestaan er nog wat links op het Internet met betrekking tot deze
tool:

Never mind, ik heb je vraag verkeerd begrepen. Of Marco Mels maar ik denk
dat ik er naast zat. ;-)
